Tea time 1 ~Shawn n Sams' fun time

Tea time is a very interesting time for us. Shawn and Sam will get ready their own chairs and sits nicely waiting for the snacks. Simon will make coffee and I will get ready snacks for everyone. (but of course the kids don't drink coffee they drink juices) Sometimes we have friends coming over for tea too. That will be even more merrier with the chit chat with friends and the kids laughter. We have this tea time habit ever since.......When? I can't remember haha...

We are having cupcakes today. Everyone can have one piece, it is so easy to serve. Sometimes I will add frosting on the cupcakes. It will be more interesting. You can make freshly bake cupcakes too, without using the pop out ingredients from a premix box. How that? Sound fun... right?

Ingredients:
125g self raising flour
110g castor sugar
125g soft unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp milk
Method;
You can do this in a blender instead of a mixer.
1) Pour everything into the blender bowl and blend it evenly.
2) Pour in the milk through the tube feed on the blender cover. When it is mixed, then it is ready to be spoon into the 12 holes muffin or cupcakes pan. Do lined the pans with paper cups. (I am using silicone cups)
3) Bake in a preheated oven at 200c for 15-18 minutes.

Oh! ya do not worried about the cupcakes batter will not be enough for 12 holes muffin pan,
because you will have just enough to fill up the 12 holes pan.
