Especially my boys, they love mango very much. Anything with mango they will love it!  My mil's birthday falls in this mango season. It is great to have fresh mango around to make her a mango cream cake. It is a 13 x 9 inches birthday cake. Inside is sponge cake; a piece chocolate and a  piece vanilla sponge cake with mixed fruits whipped cream sandwich in between. The cake is iced with non dairy whipped cream (Value pride topping) and decorated with fondant. Forever Friends bears are so adorable! Don't you think so?? They can be seen on any greeting cards, as plush toy, as computer wall paper, as calender cover, almost anywhere you want them to be.  I have never thought that I would make them with fondant until a friend request me to help her to make a birthday cake for her hubby. She send me a picture of what she want. A heart shaped sponge cake with 1 bear topper. Then I tell her that 1 bear seems like too lonely. Let make 2 bears together. She wants a really adorable, cute and sweet bear. Hmmm...  I made the first bear and send her a picture. She then asked me 'Only one??' Then i send the the following picture.. below I made her this pair of Forever Friends - couple. She replied 'O i love it!' Then she asked me again 'Where is the cake??' My time have been a bit tide up lately....^^ My three boys caught 'chickenpox' .. :S I have to make sure they drink lots of water and what food to avoid..etc.  I was wondering why they caught it?? because all of them have got the shot.... 'chickenpox vaccine'  My eldest caught it first from school. A week later when he is almost recovered, my second boy caught it and  follow by my youngest... sigh.. ~This is my youngest..although he catches chickenpox, he is still naughty and cheerful..XD ~This is the second day the red spots becomes blister. Before the outbreak they have slight fever like 37.1C only. A mild one and goes away the second day. Then comes the little red spots,started one or two RED dots on their hands and body..eventually all over their face, hand and body. Pity them itchy all over.  This is my little tips to ease their itch and keep them in comfort condition while waiting for the 'chicken pox' to go away. Hope this tips will ...
