Green Tea Cream Cheese Cake Roll ~抹茶乳酪蛋糕卷

Hi everyone! Hope you are having a wonderful Raya holiday. We are having two days Hari Raya holidays here. It is a great time to go visiting to our Muslim friends house or even take a good rest at home.  For me, we are having a good family gathering. I baked this lovely Green Tea Cream Cheese Cake Roll for our afternoon treat and this simply delicious. If you love green tea, you must try this.  This cake is moist, fluffy like souffle feel and the cream cheese filling is the switch up of the previous cream filling i made for the Earl Grey Tea Bread here . I had 95g left over cream filling from the previous bake so i added 50g cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of condensed milk , mixed well and spread onto the green tea cake sheet and sprinkle some sweetened Adzuki (sweetened red beans) and rolled up nicely. Attractive strawberry, tempted to give it a bite....:p What is more delicious then red juicey strawberry cover with sliky smoothe cream that roll in a soft sponge cake ....^^ My second attempt to do this Strawberry Swiss Roll. Whole strawberries were roll in a piece of sponge cake. This is a marble sponge cake, the marble effect, red yeast rice powder is added.     ~my second attempted swiss roll "strawberry swiss roll....^o^ "~ Ingredient for the cake: 35g butter ~ melted 5 egg yolks 25g castor sugar 4 egg whites 75g castor sugar 50g plain flour 1 tsp red yeast rice powder Filling: 150g whipping cream ~ Whipped 20g castor sugar some whole strawberries To do: 1) Greased and lined the baking tray. Swiss rolls have always been the kind of cake that I would like to lay my hands on....BUT I never have the guts to try it....So so scare that I would fail to do it. Maybe that is what I demand from myself...do everything have to do up to my own standard....:p Until recently I came to know this book from Facebook. The title of this book is " 孟老师的美味蛋糕卷". It is so great, only from this book, that I know that swiss rolls (蛋糕卷) can be so much variety,  so simple and easy, so special and so delicious...^^ The variety of Swiss rolls in this book consists of 5 types of cake basic, the filling of the roll like the butter icing, which I really love it and also the milk base pudding and fruits that can also be roll into the cake. The steps and the instructions that is in this book is so clear, easy to understand and follow.
