Chicken in Spicy Torch Ginger Flower Sauce ~酸辣姜花鸡(强推)

This is a lovely recipe and i would highly recommend you to give it a try. Just cook it, you will love it! Even my boys love it! The torch ginger flower buds bring a special fragrance to this dish, EXTREMELY FRAGRANT!!   The recipe uses fresh chili and dried chili but i omit the fresh chili and reduce the dried chili to about less then half the amount.This is for my kids version :p (less spicy) If you prefer more spicy just stick to the original recipe. Chicken Curry Mee ~咖哩鸡面

Love this simple and delicious Chicken Curry Mee. It can either be with bee hoon or mee or even with steam rice. I omitted the chilli paste to cook it into a kids version.  Yummy! Chicken Curry Mee Stir-fry the curry paste and lemon grass. Add in chicken pieces. Cook till chicken pieces are opaque or half cooked. Add in water, coconut milk, beancurd puff, potato cubes and let it boiled then turn to low flame and let it simmer away!!  Chicken Curry Mee  Recipe mostly adapted from  honey bee sweet Serve 3 to 4  Ingredients for Curry paste: 6 gloves garlic 5 shallots 1 large red onion 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 2-3 Tbsp Sing Long Chilli Sauce (i omitted) To Do: Blend everything together until smooth in a food processor. My boys was excited to know that i am cooking fried chicken for them again. They just can't wait to taste these crumbed boxing drumlets. i just tell them it is boxing chicken. I guess it is fine to have some sinful dish once a while right... :p My boys love fried chicken, be it fried chicken drum or parts or wings. My Shawn would drool if he sees those pasar malam (night market) hawker selling fired chicken while going night market shopping in the weekends.
