The swtich of the pudding mooncake..^^

My dear Shawn like this flavour more. A swtich up of the bird's nest pudding, this is a strawberry flavour. This is a pandan flavour, only 2 layer no fiilling inside. It taste just as nice too. :) I named it Jade Pudding mooncake. This is a another strawberry flavour and it is just 2 layer as well. I named it Pinl Ruby Pudding mooncake... ^^ This is how it looks inside, the two layers. This one is a coconut milk flavour with bird's nest filling. I named it Pearl pudding mooncake. This is a cappucino flavour... Can't think of a name.. any suggestion.. ^^ ********

Mid autumn festival ~ my pudding mooncake

Mid autumn festival is here. Other then making the snow skin(bing pi) mooncake this year I tried making pudding mooncake...^^ This ones are great and very yummy too. A friend M give me 2 cute and yummy pudding mooncakes and that makes me start making this pudding mooncakes. Mango bird's nest pudding mooncake Ingredients for the bird's nest pudding: Makes about 6 puddings 50g rock sugar 1/8 tsp salt 2 tsps agar-agar powder 2 pandan leaves knotted 300ml water 150ml bird's nest ( I uses progyms brand) 1/2tbsp corn flour 5-6 cups mould Method: 1) Mix sugar, salt, agar-agar powder, pandan leaves with water and bring to boil. Cook over low heat and keep sitring with a hand whisk. 2) Once mixture boiled, add in bird's nest (mix with the corn flour before pour in). BOil again and quickly turn off heat once boiled. Pour mixutre into small moulds. Put aside to set. Ingredients for the pudding Skin: 50g sugar 1/4tsp salt 2 1/2 tsp agar-agar powder 2 pandan leaves knotted 400ml w

A special dessert I brought to a party

I guess everyone likes jelly dessert. This one is also a Jelly dessert but ;p is in a special shape. My family were invited by AK to her daughter 1st birthday, I like to make something special for her so I made this Egg Jellies. Egg Jellies I have to save the empty real egg shells to do this egg jellies..:p The shells need to be washed and dried before re-use. It have to be clean properly... This is the whole egg jelly, if cut it into cross section you can see there is a jelly yolk inside. But too bad this is all for the party so I can't cut.. Ingredients for the jelly yolks: Approx: makes about 22-24 jellies 70g sugar 1/4tsp salt 4 tsps agar-agar powder 4 pandan leaves knotted 600ml water few drops of orange colouring 300ml low fat milk/coconut milk 1 tbsp corn flour a 6' x 6' tray Method: 1) Mix sugar. salt, agar-agar powder stir to mix well. Add in pandan and water. Cook over low heat and keep stiring. 2) Once mixture boiled, add in low fat milk/coconut milk (which is fi
