Happy Anniversary ~ 结婚周年


Hee..Hee, This is not my wedding anniversary yet..mine have to wait till next year.
This is a special post to say and wish a dear friend 'Congratulation' on her anniversary. Do you want to know who?? I guess you know who??

    Yoh yoh yoh, so touched now, please pass me a box of tissue paper, want to cry, wuwuwuwu, no cry no cry on a special day! Thank you very much, Mui Mui! You are so thoughtful! Never thought of a friend can do this for me! Today is so busy for me but it's good to see my boy not suffering from his right ear infection. He has stopped taking nap for such a long time but today, he napped for 3 hours! Now he has to take children panadol + antibiotics & re-checked by the doctor on Fri! These strawberries look so cute & creative! A big thank you to you again! Price of a gift doesn't measure the meaning of it, it is the effort behind it! Your 2 strawberries in white gown & tuxedo are priceless!

Shark Fin Dumpling ~鱼翅饺

This Shark Fin Dumpling (yu chi gow), is one of my favorite dumpling. Although it is named Shark Fin Dumpling, but they contain no actual shark fin in it. Some say the look and shape of the dumpling does look like shark fin and other do include in imitation shark fin, though. I am lucky to have spotted this long hibernating in the book shelf chinese dim sum book ‘香港地道小吃’ translated as 'Hong Kong Authentic Tapas' Well， Do, you find this look like Shark's Fin?? 看看形状像不像鱼翅呢？？  Filling for the ingredients are prawn, mince meat, carrot, yam bean and black fungus. Get ready the filling and the wanton wrappers. This is the parade of my Shark's Fin dumpling ... lol Homemade parchment paper liner. Arrange them neatly into the bamboo steamer. HOT! HOT! Marble Butter Cake .. 云石奶油蛋糕 - Bake Along #59
