This is a good pick from Joyce to bake in this round Bake Along #40. It is a Banana Nut Bread. My eldest love banana bread or cake i assumed he will love this too. But i am wrong he doesn't like it :O Not the bread is not nice, it is the cinnamon that he doesn't like. For the rest of us, we like it. You will see my youngest telling you he love this bread/cake in the last picture. 这次Bake Along #40是Joyce的选择. 她选了烤香蕉果仁蛋糕. 这蛋糕是 蛮 扎实 的, 但是, 是松, 柔软又不干. 好吃!! I like this banana bread, although it is a bit dense but it is soft, moist and i love the smell of this bread. 里面的果仁, 香气实足, 口感又好..我的小宝贝超爱呢!! I am a little confused whether to call this a bread or a cake?? But the name of this is Banana Nut Bread so be it a bread...:D Again it taste more like a cake to me:p I like the look of this long and slim loaf. Don't you think this look nice? 'M' style chicken nuggets. This is different kind of chicken nuggets, it is more like fried chicken  but my kids named it the 'M' style chicken nuggets  :D I saw this recipe from a fashion magazine. For a food lover I guess if you saw a yummy dish no matter where it is you will take a second glance to see how to cook it or where to get it, right?  Hehe..:p this is me, how about you? Maybe you have a different view...:) This is a better way of enjoying chicken breast meat. Normally i don't like chicken breast meat. Only my hubby alone like  but no no for us. Ayam Masak Merah  is a Malay dish named Malay Red Cook Chicken.  The red colored comes from the tomato ketchup/puree and chilies.  I know my kids loves tomato and this dish is cooking with tomato ketchup. Oh!! they will love this tasty, yummy Red Cooked Chicken. One thing i am worrying is that, this dish will be spicy so i decide to cook the kids version by reducing the chillies to the lowest amout, that is 1/2 a chilli. The result is wonderful..my kids love..love..love this :) 香辣红番茄鸡, 是道吃过就会爱上的一道佳肴. 它的红是来之红番茄/番茄酱和红辣椒的天然色素. 我家宝贝们爱番茄酱, 我想谁家宝贝不爱呢!! 就想煮这道佳肴给他们尝尝. 可是啊!! 又担心辣, 我要香不要辣..就来个宝贝们的不辣而香的红番茄鸡吧!! :D 真的宝贝们爱吃哦!! 开心:D 看看..买相还不错吧? I totally agreed with Zoe how lovely this  bread is.  The smell of this bread filling up the whole kitchen while baking, even my youngest ask me 'mum what baking?? such lovely smell, i wanna eat..i wanna eat...^^!  I tried the first slice eating  just on it own, it is so delicious. I then make  savory toast and sweet toast for my boys, they love it too.  The texture of the bread is soft, spongy, a bit chewy and it stay soft even after 3 days. We love it that way!! Thanks to Zoe from Bake for Happy Kids sharing this wonderful bread recipe from the book of Bread by Nick Malgieri. I also want to thanks to Joyce from Kitchen Flavours and Lena from Frozen Wings for suggestion this to Zoe, if weren't for them i would not have indulge in such lovely bread :) :D  As my bread maker mixed only 500 grams of flour, i only make half of the original recipe but i will definitely make this bread again. My Shawn is a fussy eater. He only takes what he likes. I guess all kids are like that... > <   Shawn likes poultry, seafood and vegetables ( only potatoes, carrots, leek and celery). When i was visiting a friend's blog, Shawn was beside me, he saw the Sesame Honey Chicken post that i was reading. Shawn asked: ' Mummy, this look really yummy. Who cook this? S m i l e ~ This cookies is very very delicious. Why am i said so? i love this cookies since i am a little girl. I missed that buttery, thick cut, soft texture,  melt in the mouth  and so much of shortbread cookies taste.
