Looking for a super-easy pizza dough with enriched result??
Then you must try this!!
I am using my bread maker to do the mixing and knead for me. With the bread maker all the tedious bit its done and a lovely pizza dough is ready in minutes.

Recipe source: Modern Classic Book 1 by Donna Hay with my modification in purple
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
2/3 cup (5 fl oz) warm water
2 cups plain (250g) (all purpose) flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon oilve oil (i used canola oil)
- Place the yeast, sugar and water in a bowl. Set aside until bubbles form. Add the flour, salt and oil. Mix to form a smooth dough and knead for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a clean, oiled bowl, cover and allow to stand at warm place for 20 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Make 1 quantity.
(I am using my bread maker to do the above.
Place wet ingredients (warm water and canola oil) into the bread pan first then the dry ingredients (pinch sugar, sea salt, flour and yeast) then slide the bread pan into the bread machine. Press MIX mode and the pizza dough will be ready in minutes.)** Next I am making two types of topping with this pizza dough. Stay Tune!!
