I like to share with you my 3 in 1 breadmaker and oven....^^
I have been using it for fews years.. Its really fun when you can make your own bread.
You can have your own choice of any flavour of bread you like. From white bread, to wholemeal bread, rye bread, dark seed bread, matcha bread, pumpkin bread and many more.
It is really simple and easy. You just need to add in all the ingredients step by step and press the right mode. Press start that it. A loaf of bread of your choice will be ready soon.
Bread machine can make wonder for you. It really can make lots of yummy bread and buns. It's very versatile and make your life easy when you wanted to bake a loaf bread or even bake some assorted buns.

Basic White Bread Loaf
Ingredients:
250 ml water
4 tbsp castor sugar
1 egg
500 g bread flour
50 g butter
2 tsp instant yeast
Method:
1) Just add water, sugar, egg, flour, butter and yeast
into the bread pan.
2) Press Mode 1 (basic light)
3) Bread will be ready in a few hours.
Assorted Buns ~this ones I named it peanut picker~
Basic dough for the assorted buns:
Ingredients:
250ml water
7 tbsp castor sugar
1 egg
500 g bread flour
40 g butter
2 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
1) Pour in water, sugar, salt, add in egg, bread flour and
add i butter to the four corner on top of the flour.
2)Press the knead dough function~ (Mode 10).
3) You can do all sort of buns with this basic dough.

Hi, Mui Mui. I am new on making bread and just bought this Noxxa bread machine.
ReplyDeleteI had try to make the basic loaf. The texture is coarse. Is it the normal texture? or it should be soft and QQ?
I had saw your other post like "Brown-Sugar Raisin Bread Bake Along #53 (黄糖葡萄干面包)", the texture is soft and QQ (see from picture). Are you using the same machine to bake the loaf?

Basically all my bread and buns are using noxxa to mixed and knead.
All my cakes are baked with noxxa too.
